RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You can return the product that you choose within 14 days after delivery for any reason, but except cases pf defective or wrong delivered you will have to pay the cost of the transport.
1. CHANGES IN SIZE / COLOR / DESIGN
For the return of the products you can contact us either by e- mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 210 665 4185. Your new product is shipped with the courier company we coop, the next day from the day of registration of the request to replace your products. Note that in order to receive the new product you must deliver the parcel you have to return to the courier company we coop. Necessary condition for the replacement of the products is to be in its original condition, ie not to be used as well as to be in its original packaging with the proof of purchase or any other kind of form, as it must bear all the special markings (cards). In the rare case that you did not find another design, or the number and / or color you want is not available, a refund will be made to replace the product.
2. CHANGES IN DEFECTIVE
In the rare case that you receive a product that has a construction defect, you can contact us either by e- mail at email@example.com, or by phone at 210 665 4185. The company Mantzouranis Home processes the request to return the product and instructs the company courier (……) to receive your product to the address you provide (free service if damaged product ). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will contact you immediately to complete the return process.
3. CHANGES IN SHIPPING WRONG PRODUCTS
Our company during the process of execution of orders, carries out a thorough inspection of the products, in order to ensure their excellent quality and the correct shipment. In rare case you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered you can contact us via e- mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 210 665 4185 and follow the procedure similar to Resize / Color / Design, as mentioned above.
IMPORTANT REMARKS ABOUT PRODUCT RETURNS
1. Prerequisite for the return of the product is to be in its original condition, is not used or to bear internal and external damage as well as to be in its original packaging, with proof of purchase or any other form, as it must bear all the special markings (tabs).
2. Products of hygiene and custom products such as pillows or mattresses protectors or tailor made curtains etc. cannot be returned.
3. Please do not use a shipping company of your choice, as you will be charged shipping costs. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that for reasons of organization of the Returns Department, if there is no prior communication in one of the above ways, then there is a high probability that your product will never reach our warehouses.
After receiving the product you can use the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, and request a refund, as long as you contact us either by phone or by e- mail. And accordingly to the above conditions.
1. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
As soon as we receive the returned product in our warehouses and we find that it is in its original condition (it is not worn, it does not have internal or external damage, and it is accompanied by its original packaging, as it has all the special markings (cards) and is accompanied by everything his documents (receipt / invoice) within 10 calendar days, we will refund the entire amount you paid, as stated on the purchase receipt.If you have paid by COD, please indicate us a bank account to be credited with the corresponding amount.
2. WHO IS THE RETURN EXPENSES?
In the case of a refund (Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal Law 2251/1994 Article 3i Par.1) the costs of the refund are borne by the consumer. In case you do not use your own transport company and you wish to use the Door to Door service of ELTA courier, with which we cooperate, and at our expense (Recipient), then from the amount of money to be refunded, your return costs will be deducted of the product. The cost of returning the product with the Door to Door service of ELTA courier amounts to 3 €. In case of free shipping on your order, € 6 is deducted from the refund. For orders that have been charged with cash on delivery costs of € 2.5, the amount of cash on delivery is non-refundable.
